"My best advice, don't do it... this is the worst company... after you pay the membership they don't even pick up your calls... in my case I paid around 700 dollars and my credit didn't even go up one point... It's practically paying for something you can do yourself.... best advice when you have your credit report, call the creditors and negotiate yourself... and you'll see that you'll get more money... they say oh let's negotiate. He counts them in half but it's a lie, I called directly and out of 3000 I only paid 900 to capital one... call the creditors and tell them to send you the written statement Negotiation and so you will have proof..... it is not complicated at all......"
