Instead of increasing the withdraw on MY money, they freeze my card and online access. A day before a holiday. No branches anywhere and calls routed to another state where they barely speak English. Since they lied and assured I could withdraw my money, I'll be filing a complaint and driving 3 hours to take my money out. Thanks for ruining my holiday and holding my money hostage.
