"terrible service . almost impossible to do banking with"

"Poor customer service: came in to exchange $100 in to singles and get some nickels and dimes. Lady at the window was not customer oriented. Some other guy in a suit said something unhelpful also. After proving them that I have biz account, only then she started helping me. It seems to me they hate their jobs or customers. Sorry but I will not be going back to that place."

"This is hands down one of the worst breeding grounds for terrible customer service. Teller Inessa makes every simple transaction a grueling experience. I go out of my way to do things myself so that she does not have to attempt to slowly, and painfully do her job. They used to have a great staff who moved to another location, so now I have to go out of the way to go there instead."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have 2 business accounts with investors and if there are ever any issues they are always there to help. Branch manager is friendly and nice guy always on top of things whenever you need him."
