"I went to the bank to make a payment on a CC. I feel like the teller doesn’t know much. The manger doesn’t know much as well. I ask the bank mgr that I would like to make a payment on a CC, she told me to use the machines outside to process the payment. It seem like they are refusing the payment at the bank. You would think that one of them will help you to make the payment at the ATM but of course not. There is no need for a teller or a manager at this branch."
