"The first question from staff for everyone entering the office - "what is your immigration status". I mean is this legal? Wow, terrible just terrible service, office workers, like Alex Milman and others, especially the workers greeting clients, do everything to make a person feel terrible, even with all the desired documents they will make everything to make you leave the office. Maybe there are lots of people entering the branch with no documents at all, but sometimes other people want just to have service, no? I cannot believe that we still have such places here in New York. And cannot believe this is Chase, the bank I like the most. Please, try to go to any other Chase brand, these people just do not want their bank to get any money from a customer and I do not know why... Peace."

"I can absolutely see why this place needs a security guard. My normal branch is having issues and won’t be open for another hour, so I came here. The staff here are the rudest and most dismissive people I have ever encountered. After I have taken care of the fiasco that is my bank account after being subject to a scam, I’m closing my account and never having a financial relationship with chase ever again."

"Today I wanted to open a accounts receivable for a child, I stood in line and when my turn came they told me to make an apoitment next week, I asked that I work and the opening hours are the same as yours. But the man with a small chin answered very rudely, “No, I can’t.” Please note the bank was still open, there was time and it was possible to open the card. but he didn't want to work because today is Saturday."
