"it was a pleasure to do business with a bank that has parking, it was a crazy experience that had my husband and me in there for nearly over a hour just to use the coin machine, that was not working properly and possibly kept some of our monies, the machine stop functioning right before our very eyes, so we look forward to getting our change, it became a nightmare, but to be specifically clear on the matter, 2 bank reps handled the situation extremely well, Trikim, and Nastashia, forgive me if their names are spelled incorrectly, they made a nightmare and a pleasant dream come true! by the way they handled the bad situation, they remained polite, professional, and caring as they also handled another issue with another couple, I feel so honored to have women behave in such a bad situation that turned out to be okay, thank you ladies keep up the great work! you have our trust on the remaining quarter will be noted and placed into our account."
