"Had a very large investment there that expired and not a single e-mail, call or contact of any kind to alert me to it or help me in any way. When I went to branch to close out my account last week three was no answer why they cared so little about a customer. The only saving grace was Melissa who was very nice and did a fine job at trying to assist me on that day, but too little too late. Not a place if you have investment money and want some basic attention/service."
