"Worse branch yet! The worker are decent HOWEVER ALL atms are ALWAYSSSSSS DOWN. Seriously always down. And then the line is always out the dooor. Do you know how many times I have went to the bank just to walk through the doors to turn around. Who has time to spend on line for hours???! And it wouldn’t be so bad if I could transfer money over to one account to the other! THEY CHARGE $9 to move your own money. Crazy just crazy"

"The worst ever TD branch I ever went too. I don't recommend anyone to go there. the staff who works there are disrespectful . after the treatment I got there I had to close all of my TD businesses accounts which is 7 business accounts. should TD headquarter take it very seriously with this branch especially otherwise they will lose a lot business man like how they lost me today. all the stuff in here doesn't get any customers service especially the manger of the branch"
"This bank keeps changing staff. Frequent problems. Today I went in to resolve an issue with an apparent inactive account. The customer service rep Jeanine called me over . I gave id, card and provided password. Then asked how long is it till it becomes in active. Jeanine could not provide the time line. When I pressed for an answer she got nasty tossed my cards at me and said leave. When I asked for a manager since she didn't know bank policies and was very unprofessional she refused and walked away. I insisted on a manager. Next one came and asked what was wrong Jeanine then came back and spoke over us both. Insisted I was lying. The manager resolved my account issues new card, took my $10,000 deposit. Explained it's after 6 months and how to keep account active. Jeanine needs to be retrained before working with public again. Here is a pic of Jeanine do you know to avoid her ."
"I have never in my life experienced such a bad attitude from a supervisor before. I’ve been banking with TD for over 10 years and never ever had an issue with the tellers, bankers or supervisors up until last week. The banker named Joyce and the supervisor named Anne should not be working in customer service. They were absolutely no help to me. I will never step foot into this branch again. Everyone here is absolutely miserable and have a disgusting attitude. If you need to go to a branch go to the one on victory blvd."
