"My card was deactivated because I entered the old pin. I went to the front desk to have it activated. She took my card and when I ask for as she help another customer she said no I have to wait until she is finished. I ask for my card 10 times. I told her my Acess a ride is here she said she didn't care. I ended up leaving my card. She wears a Valentino shirt, short hair and might be Spanish. She is rude."

Your employees are in the service industry and if you don't want to service customers leave. Shuyi is a rememberable one and it's NOT in a good way. This bank needs some better employees! She's a bully to customers and needs someone to put her in her place. It's 2021 you need to be better than to belittle your customers!"
