"This bank is absolutely terrible. My family has had so many bad experiences with Dime Savings on Coyle Street. Here is the latest problem. It's unbelievable. My mother died on July 7th and I have to stop her cable payments. The cable company tells me I must have the payments stopped on the bank's end because my mother had set up automatic payments, but when I ask the bank to stop the payment, they want to charge me $30. That is outrageous. My mother just died. I am grieving her death and I have so much work to do for her regarding her finances. Now the bank is going to charge my mother $30 for every single automatic payment she has set up? She has many payments set up. Dime Savings Bank is cheating poor and honest people. I want the bank manager to contact me. Dime Savings Bank has my contact information. Thank you"

"I’ve been with the big banks(citi/chase before. And the Marine park/Sheepshead Bay location has the most kind,courteous and helpful staff from the management to the tellers.Every time that there was something I didn’t understand or I needed help with an issue they resolved it Promptly. Just want to say thank you and keep up the great work"

"The worst ever banking experience! The branch manager Linda and her assistant Tatiana lured me in to open an account and transfer all the funds from my other bank. Then , 3 months later forcefully closed my account without any explanation or any notice. Do not deal with these crooks!"
