"I was not happy with the services. Not one time did they call me to tell me the progress of my application for homeowners insurance. I called them all of the time and when I did, they did not provide me with the information that I needed. This was going on for over two wasted weeks. When I asked for the companies that were contacted for insurance, they did not provide me with that information. This made me think and feel that they did not do anything in my behalf. Whenever I called, the representatives would oftentimes cut me off by saying that someone else is waiting on the line or in the office and that they have to go which resulted in abruptly hanging up. This is not a good place to do business with. I do not recommend it."
