"Not enough space to properly and comfortably assist customers for what seems to be a busy location, and an appointment is necessary for almost anything. Then making appointments can only be done online, and the site has a habit of telling you something went wrong try again later. The really bad part is that there seems to be no recourse!"
"Went to this location on 1/24/20 at 12:40 P.M. to deposit money in my account. The lines for tellers was so long, I decided to deposit using the ATM. Deposited my cash into the ATM and it read error and took all my money. Reported the issue to the employees and they said to call a put a claim in for my money. I deposited my entire check and the best they could do was accredit me within ten business days. While I was placing the complaint about the money, no one turned off the ATM or opened it up to count the money. While I put the claim in they didn't even accredit me with some sort of credit for my money. I was entirely disappointed with the entire experience at the bank."
