"Citi is the potentially one of the worst companies in the USA. I give them a negative 1000 stars for their absolutely atrocious customer service. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a real person on this continent without going into the branch. You call the local branch number, and two rings later, you're transferred to the customer service center in the Philippines. I'm convinced this bank would be out of business if it didn't receive favorable government treatment."

"Made an appointment online for 9AM. No one is at the bank, no sign. Reached out to the manager and no call back. Banking phone number just sends you on a loop. Now they’d like more info to “investigate”. They know the branch, they scheduled the appointment, they have all the contact info, I told them the time and date. Now they are asking me to email another place… just like the phone system."
