"The branch closes earlier than in some other banks. There's also a problem with printing receipts from the 24/7 ATM. Even though other languages are offered as an option if you'll choose it it will print question marks with other characters instead of something you'll be able to read. If you come in to open a new account they aren't prepared to give you your new banking card, even a temporary one, and they don't have a check book which is usually given until they mail you a complete checkbook. Also nobody at the bank will call you in certain situations - it's easier for them to close your account if it's been inactive or had 0 balance, although some other banks try contacting their account holders. But to be fair I'll mention what's good too - they still have completely free accounts, understanding that financial situation can change for anyone at any time. They don't charge for the statements as they understand that's the banks responsibility. There are also accounts which have a requirement of either a direct deposit or a minimum balance to avoid monthly charge but those are the accounts which pay interest for the money."
