"As someone else has said, the employees at these locations are rude. I’ve had the displeasure of talking to Mirabella Ninh, who would benefit a lot from working on her customer service skills. She’s unhelpful, rude and dry in conversation. When I dared to ask her a question, she told me to google it. If she doesn’t enjoy a customer facing job, she shouldn’t do it. On top of her horrible manners, when going over my personal information, she would repeat my info loudly for the entire bank to hear."
"Absolutely terrible customer service. I was in the ATM room waiting for a machine there was a line in front and behind me. One of the employees came to the door so I asked “Can the machine that’s inside do the same thing the ATM machine out here can?” and the rude employee muttered to me “we’re closed” and locked the door. I can understand that they wanted to go home and I would not have asked to use the machine I just wanted to know for the future. A simple “Yes it can but unfortunately we’re closing now” would have been perfectly fine. When he came to the door the second time to let someone out I said to him “That was rude before I was just looking for an answer” but he didn’t make eye contact with me nor did the employee he let out and closed the door again. I finally got to the machine and the machine was then out of 20s so I got all my money in 5s which doesn’t really bother me but it shows how mismanaged this branch is. This is coming from someone who worked at Chase herself and knows better. They need a course on customer service 101 because that whole experience was disgusting makes me never want to visit the branch again. 0 stars if I could for me."
