"Do not try to get a home loan from this bank. The guy who supposed to help you is never there, he never calls on time, he waits a week to get your preapproval, and to tell you about it. Preapproval is usually done within one day. He will never have your back, and he will never fight for you. His tone of voice discourages you from looking here or there and doesn’t give you any reassurance. If you don't believe me try it out, listen to the guys voice, will he sound enthusiastic helping you find a home?"
"I have worked with my company for 5+ years and had to cash a company check. I provided necessary identification and my own bank card that, worst case scenario should anything happen with said check, can be used against my card. However, due to not having the person who signed the check also endorse it with my signature on the back prevented me from being able to cash the check which was necessary for a client with my company. 2 days later, I get a call from the branch manager to “address concerns” but only reiterated what I was told 2 days ago. Very unnecessary. Do not call me if you are not going to rectify an issue I had at the bank."
