"Update ( Avoid Chase Bank like the plague! My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Immediately after opening an account, my worst fears were realized when my identity was stolen. The blatant security breach or potential mishandling of customer information is beyond appalling. And it's not just me; my husband, who also banks with Chase, suffered the same fate. Despite freezing his account twice, the thief managed to bypass security measures, leaving us feeling utterly exposed. To make matters worse, while I was overseas, a fraudster boldly stole $2500 from my account using a fake ID. Despite providing concrete evidence of my location, Chase callously ignored my plight, leaving me high and dry. But the icing on the cake? Four months later, I received a letter from Chase, attempting to intimidate me into verifying two checks I deposited before my international travels. Is this a joke? Where were they when my money was being stolen right under their noses? Their incompetence and indifference are staggering. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Chase Bank. They're not worth the stress and frustration. It took becoming a victim of their negligence for me to realize just how despicable their practices are. ) Do not under any circumstances open a bank account at this branch. Their practices are abhorrent and they manipulate customers. It's evident someone within the bank is involved in identity theft or is a thief themselves. They will exploit your personal information and wreak havoc on your life. Their customer service is atrocious; I've been diligently tracking their activities and I'm eagerly awaiting the police video evidence from outside Verizon and Macy's, where they fraudulently opened accounts in my name without my presence. I've never encountered such issues with bank accounts until I dealt with them. They've even stolen money from me and fraudulently opened a credit card with Macy's today. Rest assured, I will not rest until I bring them to justice. I'm prepared to take legal action and sue the bank once I receive confirmation about this branch's nefarious activities. ."
"The long hair lady in the teller window doesn’t know the rule clearly. I gave her the card to deposit she said I can’t just use the card to do it. I told her that I can deposit on the ATM machine, why can’t? She said that is different if you come to the window. I asked her if I can deposit today, she kept asking me for the account number. It is the account from our company, I don’t have the account number. She yelled at me to say that I forced her to again the law. After she double checked with her manager, the manager said I can deposit with the card only. Please, make sure you know how to do it before you tell the clients."
"I guess The parking space is small enough only for Chase employees, fortunately I found a meter parking nearby , the drive through cashier will take you forever, never do that, the inside teller is aggressive but efficient, I like the teller called Summer , she counted money so fast and neat"
