"Very bad experience! I banked with them for a year when I needed to take care of something they always seemed lazy and rolled their eyes to all customers they would argue who should do the work. It made me feel super uncomfortable. The reason I left for good was they locked me out of the app and I called in they told me go to the bank and the teller said I should call in. I thought it was a big waste of time and told them if they don't help me resolve this just give me a check so I can go open a new account elsewhere and that's what I did they didn't even care."
