"Terrible experience, sad; especially being in a black and brown community. When asked for assistance to replace a lost debit card, I was immediately told by the greeter to call their 1-800 number. As they the staff and greeter laughed and shared joked together. I visited another Chase branch in Brooklyn, and they expedited another card to be UPS delivered to my job in a matter of 2 days. If you can avoid them, please do so."
