Reviews
"these people at this branch said that they shipped my debit card via fed ex through expedited (express) shipping. And said it would arrive between 2-3 business days. That was over a week ago. Got off the phone with customer service and they said the card was never sent in the first place and they sent a new one. Idk what the specialist was doing the entire time he was "helping" me! Worse customer service banking experience so far. I need my debit card for purchases. Imagine going 2 weeks without your card. (yes it was 2 weeks total, first week was to dispute a fraudulent transaction and shut down the old card, new card wasn't even sent then)"
"I now understand why the reviews for this TD Bank branch are so low. I waited almost an hour to speak to the staff about concerns regarding my account. Despite the resolution taking less than a minute, they asked someone to call me back. In conclusion, it was a waste of my time to go there. I believe the manager of this branch is not fulfilling his role properly. A good manager would arrange customers in order, solve problems effectively, and manage time efficiently, rather than letting people wait more than half hour or even an hour. As a result, I had a very disappointing experience with TD Bank and this branch."
"Great customer service experience when I when there on Friday. I showed them my id and they were able to provide me with my funds and close my account (I don’t use TD very much). Easy."
"Absolutely the worst consumer experience! Greeted with the utmost disrespect. Staff inside the branch yell at customers and are extremely inefficient. Absolutely unacceptable. Unprofessional. I frequently expand my collection of credit cards and I applied for the TD Cash Credit Card. They printed me a TD Cash SECURED Credit Card (in the branch) and refused to come to a resolution in any way. Dismissed with “Go figure it out yourself. Cancel your card, not our problem your credit score will go down because of our error.” Never had such a terrible experience with any other banks. Staff not trained properly. TD bank was recently sued in the lawsuit Campagna v. TD Bank. “TD Bank breached its contracts with TD Cash Secured Credit Card holders and violated state consumer protection statutes when TD Bank did not automatically graduate TD Cash Secured Credit Card holders to an unsecured TD Bank credit card when those cardholders used their accounts for seven consecutive billing cycles without committing an act of default.” Filed reports to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and Office of Comptroller of the Currency (OCC)."
"I don’t know, but here you come across someone, sometimes it’s a good specialist, and sometimes you just want to fire the entire staff or throw them out of the bank. overeat at the reception, not friendly, ATMs work every other day, there are 5 of them and all of them do not work. fire the bank manager!"
