"This is my first time to write a review in my life. Because I'm really upset about their service and don't understand what kind of their policy. Anyone can explain to me please. My story was when I went there this morning and try to make a cash deposit to an account and they're not allow me because I'm not a account holder, I do understand that if withdraw MUST need an account holder be attend and need to provide photo ID or other information. How come cash deposit still the same?? They are not allow to make Cash Deposit but allow check and money order. Do you think make sense? I do have other bank account but they don't have this matter."
