"If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! 30 minutes waiting to address a HUGE MISTAKE THEY MADE !!! Fraud !!! But I got treated like a terrorist !!! Same lady yet again who took an Asian Customer who just sat there when I was there 40 minutes!!!!! 40 minutes!!!!! Then the security guard had the nerves to tell me to calm down !! Unfortunately I am suing them !!"
"Hands down, worst customer service at this branch. After closing hours, if bank representatives see you knocking at the door for assistance, they will not acknowledge you. Woman by the name of Katie was extremely curt. She saw me knocking at the door for several minutes and never acknowledged my presence. Furthermore doesn't even apologize, just states that she was on the computer and that required her full attention l. Upper management needs to better train their clerks."
"My 70 years old mom have been trying to correct a name on her checking account and manager MIs Wendy have no knowledge of how to do for months. Most of the asian staff does not know either. She need to go and get new manager. Bad service ."
"Pretty solid and on-point Chase branch with reasonably attentive, helpful and welcoming staff. I prefer this Chase than other banks in the Kings Highway/Bay Parkway area because its pretty good and I don't think that the other places are much better than here."
