"This is the Kings Highway branch/office of the Northfield Bank' there's a coin counting machine inside, ATM machine outside near the Luna Pizza shop and 2 entrances: 1 on the Kings Highway side of the street and the other on the Quentin Road side. Customer Service Representative Alya A. was more helpful than the rest of the employees from this branch. There are barely any customers in this bank location at any given time; the last time I was inside, I witnessed some male customer that was upset and loud about something. The customer service can really improve but is highly unlikely because Northfield Bank is a small bank chain and they don't seem to be taking the banking business very seriously: I took my banking to Chase bank - they take the banking business more seriously than the Northfield Bank. Back in the late 90's to mid 2000's this building used to be EB Games before it became GameStop and moved next block across the street; I used to hang around in this EB Games after school with the employees Rodney, Joyce, Mike and the skinny guy who looked liked Eminem [I forgot his name] and I think that he had a Sega Dreamcast console."
"Terrible bank! So unprofessional and ridiculous liars. I would never trust them with my money. They make up rules as they go along. Manager Rommy made up today that you can only use coin machine for $10 if you aren't a customer, which the bank confirmed isn't true. Tisk tisk... Shameful."
