"My mom and I had a safe deposit box for a long time in this bank. Recently, my mom went and some of her stuff were stolen from the safe box. The bank gives you one key and one they keep. My mom said the lady turned her key but not my mom’s key. My mom had a feeling that there was something fishy. My mom and I told the people that work in the bank but nobody did anything about it. Plus I paid 50 dollars for my mom’s safe and the following week my mom told the lady I want to change my box so they made her pay for another box. That money went to waste. This bank is really known for thief’s. There’s hardly someone working there. One time I had to get in my safe deposit and the lady said I am by myself so come again."
