"Hobble the worst one in Brooklyn and it is better to go to the one near Flatbush and church because the people are more patient and polient and they have security guards and this one doesn't have security guards and it always homeless sleeping in the bank or someone is high."
"Tried to open up a credit card at this branch and they said I had to make an appointment and the earliest one was a week away!!! So many empty desks and such short staffed. If you want to get help, I recommend going to the Chase Bank on Church Ave and Flatbush Ave. This branch was a lot better, more helpful, and I opened up my account in less than 10 minutes!"
"I called this location at 9:16 AM on a Saturday to make an appointment to open an account. They put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then hung up the phone on me. When I called back it went straight to a automated message system. I'll never do business with chase of this is how they treat new customers. Worst customer service ever."
