"I wanted to inquire about a business account in my neighborhood. The woman in the cubical was very rude. She greeted me with “I'm In a class right now, make it quick.” she proceeded to tell me the manager was sick and was the only one to open the account after I told her I had all the documents on my phone that she needs. She has an attitude problem and is not professional at all. I felt that it was racial discrimination because of how dismissive she was with her jokes. Asking me where I live, I answered across the street, “You live in Chase Bank?” I will reach out to corporate later on today."
