"The worst place you could ever walk into walk into. Came to open an account had to come in twice and no one seems to know what’s going on or who’s availability to help. I was told by someone sit here and wait. Asked how long and they said “I don’t know”. It wasn’t like I don’t know how long but we’ll try out best to get someone. It was more like I don’t even know you’re here but maybe just maybe we’ll see you sitting here and help you before the end of the week. Finally saw someone and the place is like a ghost town. Still I was told they have to set me up with an appointment for another day. I said if I gotta come back again don’t bother setting up an appointment. She replied, “Okay”. The place was empty! An appointment to return another day to open an account in an empty back? This can never be a real bank. Good thing Citi bank is right around the corner! Only had to go in once."

"On Saturday January 25,2020 at 11:34am at the HSBC branch 1330 Granville Payne Ave., Brooklyn New York 11239. Manager Ms. Navaindra was behind the counter. I went to the counter to get some financial advice about my account at had at HSBC. She stated "Hurry up, I'm tired". I replied that I been a customer with HSBC for over 15 yrs. She said she didn't care. I asked to speak to the manager she said "I am the manager!!." I left and wasn't able tp do my financial transaction due to the rude and unprofessional behavior. I felt humiliated and embarrassed as other customers looked in shocked."

"The customer rep at this bank is rude and very nasty. I feel that they should have diversity. You ask for a medallion notary and they tell you that it calls for an appointment when the individual who issues the notary was sitting there having a personal conversation. Get rid of this non- working staff and send some who want to work and who are personable to customers. This bunch seems like they do not want their jobs. The tellers are fine, its the rest of the back office workers, if that is what you want to call them."
