"**update 1/25/24 So Glad to see they finally replaced the door. This shows that you care about the safety of your staff as well as customers. This door looks amazing. Hopefully no more vandals will try to damage it. Thank you Posted a review 3 months ago about the door to ATM vestibule. The condition of the door is more ajar even though it's locked from the top of the door. You still have to use your card or device to scan to enter. There was no security on duty. It was a bit daunting seeing the door open at the bottom, because that will enable someone to break it open and camp out inside the vestibule. This poses yet again a danger to customers who shouldn't have to feel unsafe, especially with Daylight Savings and the evening getting darker even earlier rather than later. What has to happen to take action? Are you going to wait until physical harm comes to security or customers. Make it make sense please"
"Bank tellers are very rude and condescending. I have a business account and the tellers always give me trouble for simple transactions. At my last visit the teller made me feel very unwelcome. Will not continue to bank with this branch."
"Was forced to go in person to get my credit card name corrected. Lost two weeks of my life. Going in person was a waste of time, and the fact they offered their email only made me waste more time because they never answered. The employee gave her email without clarifying she was about to leave on vacation. Why did she offer her email? Because she made the request for the new card wrong and she knew it wouldn't come out right. I lost so much time trying to reach them for 2 weeks. In the end, I had to use the phone line several times, including a call that lasted over an hour, Twitter conversations, and even physical mail. All while I still hadn't gotten a reply from the branch. Eventually, the manager called me, only to confess that the Chase Twitter people had contacted her about my case two days prior, and she had just sat on that info without contacting me for 48 hours. In that time, I had finally managed to request a new card, ONLY TO HAVE THE MANAGER UNDO THE PROCESS, when she several days too late decides to "help" and resets the process all over again. Delaying my third card attempt in the process. Oh yeah and when I went thr first time in person with my passport and all sorts of IDs, they STILL had the gall to call me up minutes later and say I had to do the whole ID process again because my request can only be done by a specialist over the phone. Then why was I made to go in person in the first place? Are we a joke to you? It is easily the worst service I have ever received anywhere with any business in my life. Both the branch and the overall service at Chase. And I'm from Colombia, South America, we have plenty of bad businesses. But I swear this simple errand made me age."
"I had such a horrible first time experience at this branch located at 401 Flatbush ave in Brooklyn. I will not even talk about the wait time due to COVID-19 that is out of their hands. However, Tuesday July 14, 2020 the professionalism at this branch was very little to none. the service at this bank is more then lousy. The tellers were ineffective with their communication, and timing. It took 3 hours to finally get seen for my appointment to open a new account with them because the tellers were all over the place being very distracted over seeing a roach. It was the worst experience ever and no one even apologized for having me wait while they try to look for one roach for over 30 minutes. When I finally sat down with a teller she decided to have conversation with her co-worker in the back for another 20mins finally the manager went in the back and got them to come and assist me in opening a new account. I was so appalled with the way I was treated at this branch. This is very unfortunate I have heard good things about this branch seeing is believing because I now do not believe it after the experience I had at this bank."
