"Very slow, the workers there do feel like they are doing you a favor when they give you service. I like only 2 people there, the boss and the lady who seats next to his office on the left. the lady in the front is very rude. My opinion: don't waste your time to open an account with them, the ATM with envelopes like the 90's and their website is down and has no access very often. Get better or forget from the business people have to give."
