"First and last time at this branch. I was running errands and noticed this location was near me so I decided to go cash my check. When I walked inside it was 2 tellers and 1 customer at each window. 1 of the tellers was staring at me while she had a customer. The look had me wondering for a second but I tried not to think nothing of it . She called next like she barely wanted to say anything (her voice was very low ). I said hi and heard nothing back . She proceeds to run the check and I handed her my DL. After a few seconds she tells me she can’t cash my check . I asked why and she stated it had a company name on it . Mind you it did and it also has my name right underneath on the check(I’m the owner and it’s my business) She proceeded to tell me again I couldn’t cash my check . I have been To other branches on more than 1 occasions when I didn’t mobile deposit and I never had an issues. I asked her what did I need . She ran down a bunch of things(including opening a business account). I have a bank and my bank was very far from Union. Point blank this was the most nonchalant experience I have ever had with any bank before . I’m just going to say by the vibe I felt it seemed like I was being profiled because I look young and I hope it wasn’t because of my race. I will never go to this location again."

"Worst branch of boa by far. Every time I go, there are at least 3 people doing nothing or pretending to work. The bank will be empty and they won't acknowledge you for 5 minutes while you stand there trying to get someone's attention, then In the same breath that they tell you walk-ins are welcome, they will tell you sorry you need an appointment, no matter how empty the bank is, according to them you NEED an appointment or they won't see you. Went to the branch on Morris Ave and seen by and associate RIGHT AWAY."

"The service was sooo bad and slow. They wouldn't do what you need to do even if you call them in advance. I called them in advance to make my withdrawal and they still refused to do it for me. I had to drive all the way from this bank to Westfield even if my house is only 1 min away from this bank because they said they can't withdraw my money EVEN IF I CALLED A DAY IN ADVANCE!!! I literally went to Westfield location and WORD PER WORD, the teller told me "If they told you that you can't withdraw your money, THAT'S NOT TRUE! You can always withdraw your money." The Westfield location withdrew my money without a pain and told me that I only need to call ON THE SAME DAY IN THE MORNING. LIESSS OF THE MANAGER. Should evaluate her action and if she's really for the job since she doesn't know how to manage this location and her employees."
