"Consultant Jasia at this location has been the hero in my situation the bank close my account couldn’t access funds and I had no cash with me, I just had enough of people telling me to come back cause they still waiting for response from the fraud department for two weeks, whereas the check were come from legit company who have clients/hospitals all over the country. Jasia gave me hope this will be resolve as soon as possible whereas other locations they looked at me as a guilty person. I was ready to close my account than I changed my mind cause Jasia has kept the promise and resolved my problem only took her two days. She is patient, good listener and sympathetic with her customers. I thank her a lot Sincerely Happy customer"

"Maria Reyes is the only reason I give this place more than 1 star. She’s amazing and actually knows what she’s talking about. No one else there knows what they’re doing. I went in to open a credit card via TD’s cross border banking and an associate (sits in the back left desk (not cubicle)) had me fill out a paper application. I followed up with the branch a week later when the credit dept had no record of my application. I was told I’d get a call back after they looked into it. Nothing. Well, he never submitted it. Great. I submitted on my own after finding the document online. Voila. It’s amazing what actually filing the paperwork will do. I spoke with Maria after submitting the document on my own and she called on my behalf to the credit dept and she confirmed it was approved. She also knew all about the cross boarder banking, which was so refreshing after multiple employees telling me that cross border relationships didn’t exist."
