"My building still unfortunately requires quarters for the laundry machine and this Chase is very unfortunately the most accessible branch for me so I go fairly often. It’s always horrible to be there, somehow a line of 2-3 people always ends up taking 20 minutes to clear and it’s sweltering inside but whatever. The reason for the one star is that the most recent time I was there I got my usual $200 worth of quarters and as I started using the rolls I suspected they were like. sure enough every single roll that I counted was short by at least 3 quarters. So a conservative estimate says this branch stole $15 worth of quarters from me in the most infuriating way possible because of course there’s no recourse for me. Don’t recommend this branch at all, the experience is unpleasant at BEST and at worst they’ll literally take money out of your pocket."

"I opened an account in November. For them to turn around and never update my account when it needed to be notated because their system was messed up and now my business account is closed. How many times was I supposed to come into the branch to keep filling out forms for them to never update my account? And the best part is if I want my account back I have to come BACK to the branch to reopen it as if I didn’t do everything they asked me to do the last three times times I came into the branch for them to close my account anyways. What a joke."

"Just visited tis Court St Branch. The Bank was Robbed again, no access to live banking again. Female Security Guard was nice at First than became extremely nasty because I voiced my opinion about not being able to do my banking when it clearly said on Website the bank was open. I do realize it wasn't her fault. She proceeded to than tell me I should look into my community sbout the robbery cause it was someone who lives here. It got very nasty very quickly I'm pulling my money out. TD Bank here I come"

"Stood in line for 18 minutes on a Thursday afternoon around 3. There was one teller working, and she was not only slow but made errors with two of the six customers in front of me. Then she chatted for several minutes with the customer in front of me when the transaction was finished. When it was my turn, and I told her what I needed, in an extremely bored voice she said "Oh, you have to go into the back for that." and then looked around me and nodded at the next person in line. She never said she was sorry I had to wait, and she didn't bother to call one of the people in the back. She just didn't give a damn that I had unknowingly waited in the wrong line. When I walked away there were eight people in line. ONE teller working. I went around the corner to the somewhat tucked away banking section, which I had not noticed when I entered the bank, and stood there for about a minute. There were three people working and not one of them made eye contact with me. I then asked one of the people if he/she could help me, and was told--exact quote--"In a minute." Four minutes later I was asked to sit down. It took TWENTY-EIGHT minutes for two accounts to be closed and two cashier's checks printed. FIFTY ONE minutes to do something relatively simple. I now do all my banking at CapitalOne, which is just a block away. They have excellent customer service and better hours, too."
