"They closed the old Chase at 1380 Fulton and replaced it with a new one at 1308 Fulton. The new Chase is awful. The old location used to have 4 ATMs, and there was often a line to use them. The new location has only 2 ATMs to serve the same neighborhood, both of which are often out of order. If you're lucky enough to find a working ATM here, it'll only dispense 20s and 100s. The old location would also dispense 5s and sometimes 10s. Oh! And AC in the ATM lobby? Nope. Of course not. You're stuck waiting in there with a huge grumpy crowd just sweating it out hoping to use a single ATM before it expels its final breath and decides to stop working. If all of this hasn't deterred you from going to this bank, just know that the icing on the cake is that the card reader to get you into that ATM sweatbox is always broken. You'll have to count on the generosity of someone to let you in from the inside. Pretty wild that they displaced the neighborhood's hardware store to build this impressive downgrade of a bank, but the TD Bank on Marcy and Fulton is looking pretty good these days."
