"I made an appointment online with Carolina for 5pm on 11/29 and when I arrived, she seemed unaware of the appointment. She very snottily asked me what I needed the appointment for and since it was a sensitive matter I told her the details were listed on the appointment form, as I didn’t want to state my business out loud. She sighed, rolled her eyes and told me “It’s 5pm! We close at 6!” She was unprofessional, had a nasty disposition and tone and I left out of the bank as it was a clear inconvenience for her to do her job in the final hour despite the appointment booking. She has no place in customer service. I’ll be visiting a different branch where people are valued."
"I do not have TD bank but came to this bank because someone tried to open a credit under my name. I waited 2 hours to be seen by someone. They gave me a link where you can check your spot on the line and I was 0 for 40mins. I was so disappointed and will never get a TD bank account. Terrible experience!"
"To anyone looking to deposit money into your account I suggest you either 1) go to a different branch or 2) count your money 2x before you walk in. This has happened at least four times to us now where we go in with a certain amount and it’s somehow always magically missing a few bills, and they somehow always magically find it. Same thing happened to another friend who deposits money as well. They Claimed he was $300 short. Some of the staff are slick. If you come here be sure to watch your money as they count."
