I walked in to open an account and the first thing some lady told me is “it takes and hour and they don’t have the time.” I am very familiar with this process as I have done it quite often, in fact I opened a joint account 3 days (10 minutes) for military purposes. As a member of the service, that is offensive. People should understand that without the American consumers their lifestyle would NOT! exist. I only give one star because I can’t give less."
