"This bank does not have enough people working here. There always seems to be long lines and no one to greet or help any customers. I felt like I wondered around waiting to be helped. It does not even matter wait time of day you visit this bank it is always the same."
"5 stars for the employees. 1 STAR for Corporate: They target and flag a check I deposited in that branch. The check became available after 12 business day. See, the neighborhood you BANK matter, when I call customer service they started that “ they’d hold my money for an extra week in case the issuer change his mind to withdraw “. They assume citizens of particular race and zip code shouldn’t have access to certain capital,therefore flag , target and investigate them. Zero star for Corporate."
"The worst place to get a notary! Went to multiple locations and all their notary personnel are always unreliable, unprofessional and deviant. Why offer a service you don't want to provide ?? Shame on CHASE."
