"I arrive at 9 am and all staff is literally walking around talking to each other. They have me sit and wait for 45 minutes while there isn’t anyone else here. The customer service is awful and corporate should investigate on this."
"DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK. They offer you 300$ in bonus after opening an account, and after you make a direct deposit of 500$. they never give you the money even when you go there to make the complaint. They told me they were supposed to call me to fix the issued and they never did and never got the money. it's a waste of time, and they just want your money. DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. I'm ready to take out all my money and close the ACCOUNT."
"Would not recommend location for servicing. Went in for a name change and they refused to assist me even though I had proper documentation. They explained that I would have to bring in an expired ID to further verify my identity. I called the customer service line twice (before and after my interaction with the bank), and they could not understand why they did not provide me with assistance. According to the two young female bankers, they did not want to change my name because they told me I could be impersonating someone else and they did not want to get in trouble. I would have gladly spoken to KYC or the legal department to verify over the phone while providing my valid IDs. Not sure if they didn’t want to spend the time servicing instead of trying to make a sale, or simply did not want to put in the work, but my trip was a complete waste of time. I was absolutely racial profiled, and embarrassed in front of other customers in the lobby. I’d give this branch zero stars if I could."
"This Chase Bank branch is an absolute nightmare when it comes to their ATMs. It's like clockwork – every single time I try to use one, there's some sort of technical glitch. It's beyond frustrating to deal with constant malfunctions, especially when you're in a rush or need access to your money urgently. The sheer lack of reliability is unacceptable, and it's high time they got their act together and fixed these issues once and for all. Banking should be convenient, but thanks to these perpetually malfunctioning ATMs, it's become a source of endless headaches and aggravation."
"Walked in to request some documents for income verification. I asked someone in the customer service area who could help me with that, she told me take a seat and she'd see who's available. There were two people already waiting there, they left about 10 minutes after I sat down. I saw at least 4 employees in the customer service area. After 25 minutes of waiting and not a single employee coming over to offer assistance I walked out. It's a shame this is the only branch anywhere in the neighborhood."
