"Not the same branch I joined almost 10yrs ago. I got gatekeepered out and told to make that dreaded 1800 phone call to get simple information about IBAN & BIC - after 5min of waiting someone came and explained (incorrectly) what they were and that I can see my bank acct number in the App!! They kept repeating that obvious fact in a passive aggressive way. And FYI it is not the same as an IBAN, which we don’t have at most banks. It was like being in that toxic CVS around the block!?. We had such a cute neighborhood until last year - now I need to go back downtown for the bank, bc this branch is for deflecting tourists, clearly."

"No one actually works in this branch. I had issue and the two ppl claim to have appointments after I waited 10 minutes. No one came in for those appointments and my issue was not resolved. He claimed it would take 30 minutes just deposit a check"
