"Everything about this bank and most chase banks are horrible. They make their own schedule so finding an open bank where you can use an atm is hit or miss.There's nothing convenient about this poor excuse of a financial institution."
"This Chase has two teller windows and only 1.5 to 2 tellers working, try moving one of the atm machines and put on another teller so that you have 2.5 to 3 tellers taking care of your customers. You have one teller there that sits at the window talking to her coworkers when she should be taking care of customers if she at the window and the line is out the door by the atm machines."

This branch tends to be very slow at all times. Whether depositing money or trying open acct. They move like snails. It doesnt take you 1.5hrs to open an acct"
