"My mother suggested I use this business to file my taxes for the first time two years ago. The first time, it was great, and there was no problems. But this year, I don’t know what went on, but he failed to ask how I wanted my taxes returned to me, and when I asked him, he told me he chose my old, closed bank account… mind you, he never asked me how I wanted my taxes returned. He chose that himself, and then proceeded to try to gaslight me into thinking that I told him to choose that bank account. His only response was “oh shit” and since then I have not heard from him for two months. I have since been calling him to receive my tax return amount so I can go directly to the IRS to solve my issue and he has not answered one call, but has answered my mother’s and aunt’s. On top of that today, I found out that my tax return was not even processed. I am reporting him to the FTC in three days if he does not give me the information I want. And I also recommend anybody who does not want their tax returns messed up or their money taken, to NEVER go to this man or his business. And I would suggest reporting him too.. if zero stars were possible, trust me, I definitely wouldn’t be giving him one star."
