"I had a scheduled appointment at Wells Fargo on 05/29/24 at 4:00 PM to open an account for my company. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I wasn’t even invited into an office. Instead, I was asked to provide documents related to my company, which I did. The manager responsible for opening my account wasn’t aware of my appointment and showed no effort to rectify the situation or provide any assistance. I felt insulted by the lack of professionalism displayed by this manager. He did not attempt to smooth over his refusal or offer any help, which I find unacceptable. In contrast, I recently opened an account at TD Bank and had an outstanding experience. Tammy provided exceptional service, explaining everything clearly and showing me how to use the application. I am thoroughly satisfied with the level of professionalism and assistance I received at TD Bank. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Wells Fargo due to the highly unprofessional behavior. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in their services."

"The banker who helped me open my premier account seemed to be professional and helpful on that day. But turned out it was only because the manager was there to ask me about him. He mistakenly filled a W-8BEN form for me when what I actually needed was W-9 which made me go to branches in other cities to fix it. But what made me leave this review is the fact that he never for a single time answered my calls. He always DECLINED it. He also told me he would get a premier banker for me which he never did. I finally got one yesterday in a premier branch. If I happened to have emailed him the week before which he also always ignores, after declining my call he would finally respond to the email or make a call back. But if I didn’t, he would just decline my call and do nothing about it. When I called the customer service line the banker on the phone told me this is not acceptable and I need to complain about this to the branch manager but nobody ever picked up the phone either whenever I called the branch and wanted to talk to someone. This branch will create headaches for you and you’ll have to waste time and energy trying to fix what they messed up without their help. Skip it if you could."

"If you cannot be on time, why bother asking us to make an appointment? Was refused for walk-in, then made an appointment for a few days later. Arrived on time and was kept waiting for more than 20mins. Was kept being told to wait bc the bank was wrapping up with the other customer. Some one was also in the lobby talking on phone, obviously this branch was not ready for the foreign currency that was supposed to be picked up. Go somewhere else if you don’t have to go here."
