Reviews
"The staff at this branch are totally incompetent. They interact with you as though everything is rehearsed from some handbook that they have not really understood. I signed up with Chase a few months ago and only have bad things to say. I had an ongoing issue with them about a sign up bonus that I never received and today it was resolved after 4 months of calling."
"This branch has the worst customer service. Avoid it unless you have plenty of time to waste and don’t mind receiving bad information."
"This is located on concourse C2, main level, far opposite side of Apple Store. Hard to find"
"This branch really needs to hire more professional staff because the 2 men, one Latino and the other an African American man, who I was shocked to hear was the Branch Manager. He was so rude and nasty and confrontational. The Latino guy was just as bad. As I approached the counter he said 'give me minute'. Not 'hello, welcome, I'lll be with your shortly' -- no he wasn't that civilized. They both really need an intensive course in Customer Service. So while I waited for what was more an a minute, another customer came, a Caucasion.man, and the AA sorry excused for a manager, ignored me and proceeded to help this man. I told him 'you saw me waiting'. The Manager's reply was 'well I saw you sitting'. This guy was so nasty and disrespectful that I have no words. I reported the Latino man and the AA manager. So I decided to leave and come back later, only to stand on the line while this AA manager ignored me once again. When it was finally my turn at the cashier window, I was explaining to the female clerk how poorly I was treated. The AA manager came behind the counter and said he heard I reported him and told me if I don't stop talking about him, he would call Security and have me thrown out. Unbelievable! He actually stopped the female clerk from serving me. I had to get the police involved who said it was a customer service matter and that this unprofessional sorry excuse for a branch manager, could refuse me service. I am just shocked a the poor caliber of staff Chase employs at this branch - street thugs! Will never go to this branch again!"
"Excellent service here in the Oculus and a cool history of how inspired this bank was by 9/11. The offices even have original flooring from the World Trade Center. Ask for Sam for all your banking needs. He is super intelligent and really cares."
