"Closes at 4pm but also tellers are on lunch break during the time most people can leave work to bank before 4pm. So is it a lottery when I'm able to use the bank? Horrible"

"Terrible disappointment. I am across the middle of this bank for over 30 years. Today customer service was unacceptable. The teller was I really unprofessional and super rude. I was counting money and she said I have a line behind you. I told her please give me a one minute. I’m gonna finish i and she play with a loud voice - no I don’t have this minute.. after this kind of experience I was thinking i want to close my account and move it to another bank with a better service"

"This is being the worst experience of my life with a bank. i did opened a priority account that i had to fund. however i told the teller that i don't have rush to get a temporary card to please don't activate, however he did without my consent, and without me being informed. what locked my access to my daily use credit card, 9 hours after of time wasted, i could recover my online account, however i had to change username because an unprofessional incompetent person! HORRIBLE"
