When he needed me to talk to agent on the phone he said to me good luck, in a very rude tone. There was fraud done to my account and he was constantly asking if it was done by me."

"This bank is no help to the community that it is in. I need to get access to their camaras to see to who crashed my car. They did not want to help me at all. I just want to know who is responsible for the damage but they did not help me at all. It is not faire they are neighbors they are should help. However, they do relay on the neighborhood to get customers, money and resources to be open. Shame, shame on you. I am a client in this bank and I live in neighborhood. If you do not help the community you are in then you should look for another place to do your business. Don't you think"

"Another one of my favorite Chase banks. I would love to give them 5 stars if they had more staff available. I had to come twice to speak to someone for a pre-approved credit card. The place is clean and they even have a place to wash your hands. I'm especially grateful that they have a security guard posted at night so I can withdraw money from the ATM machines safely. I am grateful for the options that an employee by the name of Russel gave me on my pre approved credit card. He gave me options to choose the best credit card that will be better for me. The process took only 6 minutes."
