"I had a terrible customer service experience from this branch. They basically told me to wait so I could see an associate and came back and told me that I could not be seen by any associates and the bank was going to be closed and some of the associates began to argue with me, I mentioned as I was sitting for approximately 30 minutes which I was told to do and the associate came out and basically told me you were not sitting for 30 minutes maybe 20 nevertheless when does an associate talk like that to a client, I have several Chase accounts and was interested in opening a new Chase account this evening. I do not recommend using this branch. It seems there aren’t enough employees to handle client services and they were very rude. Stay away from this branch. Do not bring your business here. This was a learning experience for me."

"I don't understand how such a huge world bank can have such a thing that at one moment the whole system collapsed - not only across the country, but also abroad! so they couldn't even open my card. I've been trying to open a credit card for 2 days, but they can't do it for various technical reasons! And another interesting point is how slow their computers are! is it really impossible to replace? You're a top bank!! I'm already silent about the wretched application and stealing money from cards has already entered the habitual way of life of Americans. For me, this is nonsense.
