"I have been doing all transactions with this bank for the last 12 years in all accounts. Got a bad employee FAYEE today.she always confusing me. I want to make a case-check. She told me it can't be done. Why? She needs the ID and address of that person in whose name I will make the cash check. I said we live in the same house and the same address. But she refuses to do it. Later she agreed under the pressure of her co-worker. My ID her hand she want my iD.Then there is the new problem that it takes $15 to make a cashcheck? Finally I withdraw cash money I have no way. Wanted to make a check not to carry cash. Had to bring cash. There is nothing to do if someone recognizes or kills someone on the way. I am thinking that I will not do any more transactions in such a bank. So, have I gone the wrong way in the last twelve years?"
"The customer service here is terrible! Two ladies in particular, a young black woman and another witch looking one. They treated me like garbage for bringing in coins to deposit. I felt like a criminal. Thank God for a nice young man that rectified the situation and made me feel like I was a valuable customer. So if you want terrible service where the tellers play and throw things at each other… go to this location"
"The bank teller Crystal was VERY RUDE to me when I came in to deposit a check, I made a mistake and said I wanted to cash it instead of deposit it and that caused confusion and she said it wasn’t possible to cash it unless I had the same amount in my account, when I asked for an alternate solution she started LAUGHING and tried to make it a joke with the manager. When I confronted her about the fact that she was laughing and asked her why it was funny she showed no remorse or professionalism on the issue and tried to make it seem like I was such a problem for misunderstanding the terminology. I been going there for almost a year and have seen them be snippy but that woman Crystal needs to check her attitude and take people seriously while also understanding how to deal with mix ups and confusion in a professional manner. Also I have had some off putting experiences with the tellers here. If you want to come here and deal with the tellers be prepared for dismissive behavior, attitude and childlike mannerisms."
"On April 28, I usually have good service here but the lady with the bad bangs/straight wig who sat on the far right of the tellers cashed my check with an attitude and did not provide me with a receipt. When I asked she pointed at my check and repeated the amount back to me and didn't even give me a receipt that I even cashed my check. I said "what???" with an attitude and she gave me a look. I didn't want to start anything but I was very upset about this. Now I don't have any proof that I even cashed this check. I am so disappointed as I always have ok-good service here. She was so unkind and I think she should be fired or quit while she's ahead. Miserable people need to take a break and get a reality check."
