"This branch has ATMs and in-house private banking. There are no teller booths, but some normal teller activities (banker check) are done on request. There are several other Chase branches nearby that offer full service, so it's not a major problem. The employee are friendly and helpful."

"This is the WORSE CHASE branch. The only reason I go here is for Kevin because he’s an excellent banker and when he’s there things gets done quick and efficiently. I went there today to get a bank check from my business account and it took 25 minutes of me waiting. I had to ask Kevin what’s taking so long and when he went back there - bam! It was done. I was late to a very important appointment because their lack of urgency. I swear you would think they were cutting the tree down for the paper. I will never go back here again."
