Chase Bank

"Service here is trash. Was wearing a mask when making a deposit. Bank teller was INCREDIBLY rude about it, pretending she couldn't hear. Still remember this incident after a few months. Infuriating."

"The bank's service was highly disappointing. When I encountered an issue with a deposited check, instead of offering assistance, a Chase employee engaged in argumentative behavior, insisting on patience without providing a solution. After persistence, I obtained a contact number and resolved the issue independently. Upon returning to the bank to demonstrate resolution, the same employee displayed unprofessionalism and arrogance, even wearing headphones while working. Despite addressing my concerns with the branch manager, the lack of apology and the manager's passive response only exacerbated the situation, which looks like he was enjoying the show. I appreciate big company  their support to all people even lower  but professionalism should be upheld, especially in handling customers' hard-earned money.""

"I have three accounts with Chase including a sapphire reserve card (their highest level). I went to get cash and needed to use the bathroom. They wouldn’t let me! I understand they don’t want random people off the street but if you’re a customer they should let you"

"Angelo (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) was incredibly helpful. I needed something notarized and he was able to not only help me out with setting it up, but took the time to attempt to get to know me in the process and provide a more personalized experience. It just so happened, I ended up needing a second document notarized and came back and he remembered me. This Chase has the best customer service of any location I've visted. Since then, I make it a point to go out of my way to this branch. Thank you Chase and especially Angelo for continued excellence in service at this location."
