"I need to come here weekly to deposit and every week it’s the same thing. One, maybe two tellers and several other employees wandering about who won’t help with the line to save their lives. There’s obviously enough staff here, no one can be bothered. Sometimes there’s 10 people in line, and the other employee will sit in the cubicles and not even care. It’s really frustrating to see all the time and honestly ridiculous."
"The Chase Bank on Bowery and 2nd Avenue is a neat, clean, tidy, well kept and quiet. The branch is centrally located in the East Village. The service here is one of the best Chase have to offer. The teller, (yes, 1 teller at 1:30pm) was very attentive and service oriented. Did our business and out the door within 5 minutes."

"Old lady who works there call the police on a guy who was taking out money just because she though he was a homeless person trying to stay there but I actually saw him take out money from the ATM, then proceed to tell people who wasn’t using any of the ATMs that they were not allow to stay, I saw the whole scene as I was using one of the ATMs but it’s kind of cruel to kick everyone out as it was 26 degrees Fahrenheit out there, people were just there to warm up."
