"Terrible. I would give zero star if that would be possible For the past few weeks I’ve tried to access their ATM on several occasions at different times. Few times at around 6pm. You cant open the door with you bank card. The light is blinking red. There is a cleaning service there in the afternoon. Maybe something to do with it? I was also there yesterday Sunday at around 2pm same - ATM unaccessible doors wouldn’t open. What’s the point of this branch even open? Their business hours are from 9-5 on week days. I doubt it very much they have much traffic during that time. As their client I couldn’t do deposit, I couldn’t withdraw cash when needed. What’s the point of of this location even open?’ Frustrating"

"Can't get to the ATM after hours. The card scanner for the door has been broken FOR YEARS and they never bother to fix it. Waste of time."

"They literally asked me to log in to change the denomination of the banknote that their ATM erroneously gave me. No parking. Police everywhere."

"I gave Investors Bank five stars, although they deserving much more. I had huge problem regarding attempts to fraud my account. I was amazed how one of the employee resolved this problem. Her name is Justina. She was fast, professional, friendly. If you will be her costumer you will be really satisfied."

"They wouldn't give me an account because of a problem I had with another bank about a decade ago. It hasn't been a problem with any other bank, because the problem was based on a mistake made by the other bank, and it's been resolved for years."
